Stepped Burnishing Drill

The Solid Carbide Stepped Burnishing Drill has been designed for drilling Carbon, Carbon and Aluminium stacks and Carbon and Titanium stack materials from solid, starting with a smaller hole and opening up to a larger hole.

The four lands on the drill produces a burnishing effect.

The second land has contact with the hole wall, giving the drill added stability, this creates an accurate and perfect quality hole.
