Quality Related Supplier Conditions of Supply

(AS9100D 8.4)

Organisation on change notification.

Suppliers are required to notify Gandtrack Ltd of any change to the organisiastion (i.e; Management, Facility Location, Process Change in Products) and when required, obtain written approval from Gandtrack ltd.

Right of Access.

Gandtrack Ltd, the Gandtrack Ltd Customer, the Customer’s Customer and Regulatory Agencies shall be allowed the right to access to determine and verify the quality of work, records and material at any price including the plant of the supplier.

Requirements Flow Down.

Suppliers shall have a quality and calibration system meeting one of the following requirements as applicable AS9100 D (D6- 82479) Addendum 1), ISO 9001. A supplier evaluation form must be on file at Gandtrack Ltd prior to acceptance of product. Gandtrack Ltd reserves the right to approve suppliers based on requirements and resources.

Quality Records.

Quality records must be maintained on file for a minimum of seven (7) years (unless otherwise specified) and ready available upon request.

Product Verification.

Verification by Gandtrack Ltd shall not be absolving the supplier of the responsibility to provide acceptable product, nor shall it preclude subsequent rejections by Gandtrack Ltd.

Document Control.

All documentation supplied by Gandtrack Ltd shall be destroyed upon completion of the contract. Gandtrack Ltd will not maintain records of documents issued to suppliers.

Approved Processing Suppliers.

Suppliers shall use only end item customer approval processing sources.

Control of Nonconforming Products.

Nonconforming products produced from Gandtrack Ltd provided material will be segregated, tagged and returned to Gandtrack Ltd along with completed (supplier’s) internal non- conformance report. Documented cause and corrective action is required.

Supplier Disclosure Notification.

(AS 9100 D 8.4.3 (k) Suppliers are required to notify Gandtrack Ltd on all known nonconformities, which have already shipped to Gandtrack Ltd’s customer. Notification shall be timely on a non- conformance issue, the supplier shall notify Gandtrack Ltd in a timely manner and supplied to Gandtrack Ltd customer.

 Handling, Packaging, Preservation and Delivery.

The supplier shall use appropriate methods of handling, packaging and preservation to prevent damage of products in process and during delivery.

 Statistical Techniques.

When required by Gandtrack Ltd contact, the supplier shall perform statistical analysis for applicable key characteristics, and provide results upon Gandtrack Ltd request of Gandtrack customer’s request.

Evidence of inspection.

A qualified representative of the suppliers Quality department shall sign and document acceptance status for each shipment as evidence of 100% inspection. Sampling inspection shall not be performed without prior written approval from Gandtrack Ltd and Gandtrack Ltd customer.

First Article Requirements.

A completed Gandtrack Ltd inspection report/ record form (AS9102) or equivalent, meeting the requirements of AS9102, shall be provided with the first shipment as evidence of 100% inspection of one each part from the first shipment. Delta first articles shall be performed for all minor configuration changes, if a configuration changes modifies a part in excess of 30% of the dimensions, a new first article shall be performed. Suppliers with contracts that have been innovated or assigned to Gandtrack Ltd by their customer shall provide a copy of the first article report matching the current configuration, with the first shipment.

Material Traceability.

Tooling materials supplied must be traceable to manufacturers source and be accompanied by a valid Certificate of Conformity where required by Gandtrack.
