The PCD Countersink is Gandtrack’s solution for accurate countersinking in carbon composites, providing improved hole quality and consistent countersink profiles. Offering up to 10 times longer tool life, it helps reduce tool changes and maintain quality throughout production.

Available with integral or removable pilots, each countersink can be supplied with the angle, pilot dimensions and cutter diameter required for your application, with standard threaded shank options.
