Gandtrack manufactures motorsport cutting tools for producing trimmed edges, cut-outs and assembly holes in carbon fibre, glass fibre and aramid composites.

From Development Part to Finished Component

Thin panels and complex profiles can be difficult to support. Worn edges or unsuitable geometry can leave breakout, fraying and additional finishing work.

Our range includes:

• GT-50, GT-105 and GT-15 for different holemaking requirements.

• Cross-cut, shear-cut and PCD routers for suitable profiling applications.

• Kevlar drills and Kevlar routers for aramid fibres.

• Reamers and countersinks for final assembly features.

Prototype parts and repeat batches may require different approaches. Changes in laminate thickness, material or geometry can affect how an existing tool performs, making a review useful when designs change.
